Standard Minimums API
Standard, non-tailored minimums
Access details about standard, non-tailored minimums for commercial and business aviation with Standard Minimums API.
Standard minimums data include terminal procedure information associated to approach, take-off and alternate minimums, runway information, minimum conditions and minimum details. Results can be queried by airport identifier, procedure identifier, runway threshold identifier, procedure name, procedure category, procedure type and aircraft approach category.
API data is updated every 28 days following the AIRAC cycle and uses the WGS-84 coordinate system. User-provided geometries are considered as geodetic rather than Euclidean (flat) geometries.
Standard Minimums API data originates from Jeppesen’s aeronautical database, the most extensive and trusted data source in the aviation industry. Data from the API, however, may not be eligible to be used in all types of operations. For further details, please contact us.

Charting and Navigation Database software can use this API to create a one-stop shop for relevant minimums information without the need for staff to manually search for that information on charts.
Used in Flight Dispatch and Flight Planning software, staff ensures that flight plans and the planned flight operations meet safety regulations.
Other Airline Operations Control Center (OCC) staff benefit from accurate and easy access to standard minimums data when making operational decisions, especially during adverse weather conditions, disruptions or emergencies.
Safety and Compliance Departments can use the API data as a part of their safety management software to monitor and enforce compliance with established procedures.
Air Traffic Control software can use standard minimums data to ensure safe aircraft separation and make decisions about when it is appropriate to allow aircraft to land or take off based on current weather conditions.
